Today general admission tickets for The Rolling Stones concerts in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane have gone on sale. The legendary rockers announced their 14 On Fire six-show stadium tour of Australia earlier this month. Tickets range from $99 to $580, and will no doubt sell quickly. The Adelaide Oval concert has reportedly already sold out.
Media reports claim scalpers are offering premium tickets to the sold-out Adelaide show for more than $3000! This is approximately six times their initial cost. It is disappointing when genuine music lovers lose out to those seizing the opportunity to make a quick buck. What’s your take on this issue?
