DJ Central continues to snowball into a big comeback by establishing new offices worldwide. We’ve come a long way since our days in the Sydney office. Now we’ve got a thriving office right in the heart of Australia’s Southern Highlands, in an idyllic town known as Moss Vale. Surrounded by trees and quiet suburbs, Moss Vale and the surrounding areas are historic and quiet, the perfect setting to help us chill out from the fast-paced work that we do. Check out the vintage clock near the center of the town in the picture above, right next to the serene Leighton Gardens.
But that’s not all. We also have offices in Vancouver, Canada, LA, USA, and Lagos, Nigeria! With the assistance of tenacious individuals such as Nedjon, our influence is notably growing and we’re getting a foothold in all sorts of locations. After all, the best part of music is the way it varies from place to place. The indigenous spices of a given culture can greatly influence the musical quality of a piece, and we here at DJ Central and Blue Pie Records recognise this!
But are we stopping there? Not on your life. Next stop, VEGAS! The land of casinos and big irons is our goal for 2019! We’re doing our utmost to establish a base there, and from then on we have the bright lights, city lights, paired with the tranquil, quiet areas of the world. That contrast will let us cover every single base and get our musical energy going, ready to chill out or dance the night away, like with hits such as Raz B’s catalogue!
With newsletters coming back into circulation, and news and social media experiencing a new breath of life, as well as DJC season 6 in production and our agreements with Amazon Prime and VIMEO on demand, DJ Central is showing no signs whatsoever of slowing down!
It seems like everyone is singing their own cover of Daft Punk’s latest hit, “Get Lucky” and now the US President has followed suit.
Ok, not really. Some clever YouTuber has dubbed several Obama clips to the tune of the song–you gotta give the person credit for the effort though! The YouTuber named “baracksdubs” has also created other clever Obama covers of hit songs, particularly Carly Rae Jepson’s hit “Call Me Maybe” which has reached millions of hits on YouTube.
