Chirs Brown could be facing up to four years in jail due to breaking his probation, America’s D.A. has claimed. Brown received five years probation after he assaulted ex-girlfriend and musician Rihanna but broke it after reportedly fleeing the scene of a car accident without leaving the correct information in early May.
However Brown continues to claim his innocence posting a tweet after the news broke “It’s not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous.”
Continuing on Monday with “I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!!”
The Judge, however, claims Brown should suffer the consequences of a broken probation and he broke the law “willfully and unlawfully.” His sentence will be revealed in the next month.
