Parklife 2013 Lineup Leak

Parklife, the touring festival for both music heads and dancing feet, has announced a comeback later this year. What they haven’t announced are the acts for the lineup…until now.

The popular electronic duo, Disclosure, are the first act to slip out that they’ll be bringing their all for the festival, which has many festival junkies shaking in excitement. The brothers revealed to the Herald Sun that they’re planning to return to Australia for the Parklife festival in September. The eldest, Guy Lawrence was more careful revealing the news to Triple J earlier this week but did confirm their return to Australia to play their own shows and a few festivals along the way.

The brothers have already received a lot of international attention with their debut album, “Settle”, which has already earned a 9.1 from Pitchfork and has been claimed to be the next best dance album, which has the ability to unite “the dance nerds and the poptimists, the club denizens and the festival obsessives, the perpetually stylish and the utterly clueless”.

Although the tour dates and lineup for this year’s Parklife festival haven’t been announced yet, it’s likely that the full details will be revealed soon considering last year’s lineup was released in late June.

Who else do you think will make the cut in the full lineup? Let us know below!
