With the premiere of big brother dawning on us audiences are pondering on what the ‘twist’ could be. With more than 300 crew workers making the big brothers studio feel like home, the newest series is the most anticipated yet.
With the phrase “the biggest twist to ever hit big brother” audiences have no choice but to become excited as fresh new entertainment breaks on our small screens.
A total of 52 cameras will take place around the house in 2013. Michael Eveleigh – the Technical Manager for Big Brother 2013 – says that number includes seven cameras manned by operators roaming the House ‘camera runs’ 24/7. “On top of that there are 20 cameras controlled by two operators back at the Control Room,” says Michael. There are also fixed cameras in each room, designed to give directors ‘establishing’ and ‘point-of-view’ shots. There are also seven infa red cameras for when the housemates are in the dark.
We were most interested in the toilet ‘situation’ Michael stated the cameras in the toilet are “basically there for duty of care. So if somebody was to have an accident or get injured at least people know about it.” Also, to record nomination talk or if house mates have a emotional breakdown.
The house has been worked on since the beginning of March and is set to blow the mind of the viewers on channel ten next monday night.

Wobble and Heavy Innit are proud to announce, for the first time performing at Wobble and in Australia, in conjunction with Melbourne Music Week, DJ MADD. Unless, you were particularly in the know, you could be forgiven for thinking DJ Madd had exploded onto the underground music scene from nowhere. With a background in D&B and a love of all things bass-related, Hungarian-born Peter Simon gravitated towards the low-end sonics of Dubstep in 2008, with early releases on the well-respected Boka Records and the reggae-vibed War series of white labels. In 2009 he caught the ear of those behind the fledgling Black Box imprint, and together artist & label have gone to become recognised as leaders in the Dubstep scene. Furthermore, he has released 12″s on Osiris Music and Wheel & Deal, enjoying regular play from Rinse and BBC Radio DJs. With a killer lineup this is one party not to be missed. Deep, Dark and Heavy vibes, all powered by Heartical Hi Fi Soundsystem.
