Chirs Brown could be facing up to four years in jail due to breaking his probation, America’s D.A. has claimed. Brown received five years probation after he assaulted ex-girlfriend and musician Rihanna but broke it after reportedly fleeing the scene of a car accident without leaving the correct information in early May.
However Brown continues to claim his innocence posting a tweet after the news broke “It’s not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous.”
Continuing on Monday with “I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!!”
The Judge, however, claims Brown should suffer the consequences of a broken probation and he broke the law “willfully and unlawfully.” His sentence will be revealed in the next month.
After teasing fans around the world with a snippet of his new single “Don’t Think They Know” featuring Aaliyah. The video is finally OUT!!!. Breezy released the video on Monday June 17th.
In the beginning of the video it reads “Every two hours in America today a child dies of a gunshot wound”. “Unity is what we are afraid of so fear is insanity, lets love each other” – Christopher.Chris Brown tweeted “The new single is apart of my “UNITY CAMPAIGN” which encourages all races, genders, sexes, (everyone) gay or straight to love each other!”
The video is a must see video full of heart, dancing, the hood, kids, the late Aaliyah and more.
The video closes with “Dear Aaliyah, we love and miss you. Thank you for inspiring us all”.
“Don’t Think They Know” is the latest single off Chris Brown’s forthcoming album, “X’, which will debut on July 16.
Now, anyone in their right mind would read that headline & laugh about the possibility that Rihanna is the bad influence in the relationship. Over the past years, Chris Brown has not only beat her, but he has had run-ins with Frank Ocean, Drake, he has threatened valet parking & has smoked a lot of weed.
But still, despite of all this, My Brown claims that Rihanna is the bad influence between the pair. He said in an interview with Perez Hilton “I personally really didn’t want him and Rihanna back together. I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse — I mean I could go on and on! Is that a given — that you can’t have fortune and fame without [death] being the end result? You have to have a balance in a relationship. You have to have someone who is spontaneous and whimsical but you also have to have someone who is grounded and logical.”
He is launching a charity, so maybe he isn’t so bad.
Will.i.am has found himself in controversy, once again, with his new release ‘let’s go’. The song, expected to be chart-topping, features Chris Brown and is particularly reminiscent of Arty & Matt Zo’s 2011 track Rebound. Interestingly enough, his previous run-ins with Calvin Harris, Boys Noize & Adam Freeland didn’t teach him anything, because he hadn’t gotten clearance from Arty’s label ‘Anjunabeats.’
Here is what Will.i.am said about the issue to KISS-FM:
“Arty is a dope producer so I wrote this song to Rebound this last year. I got in touch with Arty and showed it to him, did a different version to it because I asked him [to] make it newer because I don’t just want to take your song and rap over it.
After a year went by, though, we preferred writing over and using the [original] Rebound. Something happened and the clearance…hopefully, we resolved the issue.”
