2013 ARIA Awards – Winners and Performances

It’s that time of the year again where Australia celebrates homegrown and international musicians at the 27th ARIA Awards.

It’s that time of the year again where Australia celebrates homegrown and international musicians at the 27th ARIA Awards. Taken place at Event Centre at The Star in Sydney on 1st December, some major local and international acts, including Alicia Keys, Lorde and Birds of Tokyo, came to celebrate with the performers and winners of the night.

The hottest acts of the night were no other than Flume and Tame Impala taking out the major awards for the year.

Album of the Year: Tame Impala, ‘Lonerism

Best Male Artist: Flume, ‘Flume

Best Female Artist: Jessica Mauboy, ‘To The End Of The Earth

Also inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame was the Australian musical duo ‘Air Supply’ for their long term delivery of country ballads and love songs.
